This policy explains what personal data Nexora Technologies ("we", "us") collects when you use this website or contact us, why we collect it and what rights you have. We process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect
- Enquiries. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, the service you're interested in and your message.
- Job applications. When you apply for a role, we receive your CV and anything else you choose to send, such as a cover letter or portfolio link.
- Technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and basic browser information when you visit, so it can deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The site saves your light or dark theme choice in your own browser's storage; it never leaves your device.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals you've asked for
- To deliver and support projects we've agreed with you
- To assess job applications and contact candidates
- To keep the website secure and working
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
We never sell your personal data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We only share data with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as much as they need:
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects this website
- Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on this site (your browser requests them directly from Google)
- Unsplash, which serves some of the photos on this site
- Our email and form-processing providers, which deliver your messages to us
Some of these providers may process data outside the UAE. We only use providers that apply appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 2 years
- Client project records: as long as the law requires for business records
- Job applications: up to 12 months after the role is filled, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it or stop using it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email info@nexoratechnologies.to and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, and we limit access to personal data to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
