About the role
You’ll be the person who makes sure what we build is clear and pleasant to use. You’ll work directly with clients and developers on each project, from the first workshop to the release, and you’ll see your designs go live in weeks, not months.
What you’ll do
- Run discovery workshops and simple user research with clients
- Create user flows, wireframes and clickable prototypes
- Design polished interfaces for web and mobile apps in Figma
- Build and maintain design systems that developers can use directly
- Test designs with real users and improve them based on what you learn
- Review builds with developers to make sure the details are right
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years designing digital products
- A portfolio showing your process, not just final screens
- Expert in Figma, including components, variables and auto layout
- Good understanding of accessibility and responsive design
- You can explain your design decisions to clients and developers
- Motion design or basic HTML/CSS skills are a plus
