About the role
You’ll join a small product team and own features end to end: talking through requirements with the project manager, designing the API, building the interface and shipping it to production. Most of our projects are new builds for startups and growing businesses, so you’ll see a lot of different problems and make real technical decisions.
What you’ll do
- Build web applications with React, Next.js and TypeScript
- Design and build REST and GraphQL APIs with Node.js
- Model data in PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis
- Write tests, review pull requests and keep the codebase easy to change
- Work with designers to turn Figma files into fast, accessible interfaces
- Help estimate work and explain technical trade-offs to clients
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years building production web applications
- Strong TypeScript, React and Node.js
- Comfortable with SQL and at least one cloud platform (AWS or Google Cloud)
- You write clear code and clear messages, in English
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD or React Native is a plus
